The ‘Predgorny’ health resort has been transferred to the ownership of Yakutia

Aisen Nikolaev and Sergey Aksyonov signed a memorandum on the transfer, free of charge, of the ‘Predgorny’ health resort to the ownership of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The new health resort complex, designed by Elevate, is characterised by the dispersal of its buildings across the site, allowing them to blend harmoniously into the natural landscape. The sanatorium has a capacity of 200 beds and 10 day-care beds, offering round-the-clock accommodation and therapeutic and preventive services utilising natural factors, physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise and specialised nutrition.

The complex combines treatment and relaxation in a comfortable, eco-friendly environment.

An ophthalmology medical center, Optikstyle, has opened in Vladimir, with a total area of over 3,000 sq. m.
The center, built in accordance with leading Russian and international practices, was licensed in 2024 and is equipped with modern medical equipment and digital solutions for delivering healthcare services.

Approximately 6,000 surgeries of varying complexity are performed annually in the new surgical building of the Tomsk Regional Oncology Dispensary.
The operating unit includes seven operating rooms, four of which are integrated “smart” theaters equipped with advanced high-tech medical equipment.

The new building, commissioned at the end of 2023, enables the expansion of oncology care services and the implementation of modern treatment methods.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 2,800 surgeries have been performed at the Irkutsk Regional Children’s Hospital.
About a quarter of the patients are from outside the city, with residents of Siberia and the Far East traveling here for treatment.

Doctors use modern technologies in their work, including robot-assisted systems, which allow for complex procedures and reduce patient recovery time.

A new surgical unit has opened at the Sakhalin Regional Consultative and Diagnostic Center, where the first operations have already been performed.
The center is equipped with modern medical equipment and has become one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the Russian Far East.

The new capacity will help reduce the workload on the regional hospital, the oncology dispensary, and the Ankudinov Hospital.

Residents of the region can now receive high-tech medical care locally, without the need to travel to mainland Russia.
Regional authorities expressed their appreciation to the medical staff and noted that healthcare modernization efforts are ongoing.
