The designed clinical hospital building is intended for the round-the-clock provision of timely and high-quality medical care to the population.
The building consists of five floors, with a technical attic and a basement.

The designed surgical building is a 9-storey facility with a basement and a technical floor. The Tomsk Oncology Dispensary consists of several technologically interconnected departments and is located across multiple buildings.

The facility includes:
– Outpatient clinic for 200 visits per shift
– Diagnostic department
– Administrative and service units
– Inpatient department with 120 beds
– Intensive care unit
– Surgical department

The designed facility is a multidisciplinary inpatient hospital with 436 beds, intended to provide children with specialized, including high-tech, medical care in inpatient settings, as well as primary specialized healthcare services in outpatient settings.

The construction project ‘Construction of a 436-bed inpatient ward for the Irkutsk State Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital (State Budgetary Healthcare Institution)’ is located at: 4 Gagarin Boulevard, Irkutsk, item 1 on the site plan.

The spatial and layout design of the proposed building has been adopted taking into account the urban planning context, the location of existing buildings in the surrounding area, the technical layout, sunlight conditions, and the creation of a unified spatial environment.

The Irkutsk Regional State Children’s Clinical Hospital is designed to comprise: an outpatient clinic capable of handling 300 patient visits per shift, an inpatient ward with 436 beds, an intensive care unit with 24 beds, an operating theatre block with 8 operating theatres, and is intended to provide round-the-clock high-tech medical care for children.

The planned hospital building must provide a safe and comfortable environment for children, mothers and staff, as well as create conditions that ensure a high standard of care and efficiency among medical staff, and promote the rational use of medical equipment.

The development is planned for an undeveloped site facing 3 Iyulya Street.

The building will be seven storeys high, with a technical loft and a basement.

The overall dimensions of the two intersecting building blocks, measured at their axes, are as follows: the first block – 25.0 x 176.9 m; the second block – 25.0 x 164.9 m.

The proposed cluster is designed to provide comprehensive medical care and related services for citizens with cancer and those at risk of developing the disease. This medical care will be delivered through the transfer of specialised technologies developed in OECD countries and the implementation of international medical protocols for prevention, detection of disease predictors, treatment and comprehensive patient care.

The building comprises six above-ground floors and one underground floor.

In terms of functional fire hazard, the building is classified as F1.1.

The loading area is located on the underground level at elevation -5.900. Service and technical rooms are located at elevation -4.700.

Clean rooms are located on the 4th and 5th floors. The total area of the clean rooms is 3,900 m².

The project equipment installation for the clean room complex (CRC) of the facility: “Construction of the Medical Building of City Hospital No. 2, Belgorod,” through the application of medical modules under the CleanCourt brand.

The designed complex is an Oncology Center with 200 inpatient beds and an outpatient clinic for 300 visits per shift in Rodniki, Kaliningrad Region. The center is intended to provide specialized high-tech outpatient and inpatient oncological care to residents of the Kaliningrad Region.

The Plasma Center carries out the collection, processing, storage, and safety assurance of donor blood and its components as a structural or separate subdivision for the purpose of collecting donor plasma for fractionation.

The building is newly constructed and has a rectangular layout. The reference elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the finished floor level of the first floor. The floor-to-floor height is 3.60 meters.

Supply and installation of a five-room mini-hotel intended for the accommodation of qualified doctors and specialists.

The facility is located on the территории of the Irkutsk State Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital at 4 Gagarin Boulevard, Irkutsk.

Located in the central part of Alupka — a resort town on the southern coast of Crimea, which is part of the Yalta resort area. The town stretches along the coastline for 4.5 km, and a distinctive feature of the sanatorium is the dispersed layout of its buildings across the territory.

The “Predgorny” sanatorium complex consists of 9 buildings located along Svobody Highway and 3 separate buildings situated deeper within the settlement. The complex also includes two auxiliary buildings in Simeiz.

The sanatorium is designed for 24-hour accommodation and the provision of therapeutic and preventive services. The main focus is on climatotherapy and mud therapy in combination with physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and therapeutic nutrition. The total capacity of the complex is 200 beds, including 10 day-care beds.

The Visitor Center serves as the first point of contact between the hospital complex staff and visitors. It provides initial guidance, consultation on key visiting procedures, and directions to the main hospital buildings.

The building is a three-story structure. The medical center is designed to accommodate up to 50 visits per shift.
The total required area of the premises is approximately 450 sq. m.

The project involves the comprehensive refurbishment of the premises to establish a medical centre for adults. The medical centre is an outpatient facility

Following the completion of a major renovation at City Clinical Hospital No. 67 named after L. A. Vorokhobov, world-class technological solutions have been implemented to enhance the quality and safety of medical care. The facility has commissioned a modern surgical unit — a medical “clean room” module designed for high-tech interventions in the treatment of spinal diseases and injuries.

The project was carried out by specialists from Elevate. The new module is equipped with state-of-the-art, expert-level medical equipment and constructed using advanced engineering solutions that comply with international standards for operating rooms. It includes high-efficiency ventilation systems with air distribution units, intake panels and diffuser grilles, hermetically sealed hygienic wall systems, specialized suspended ceilings, medical lighting, antibacterial flooring, as well as hermetically sealed medical-grade doors and windows.

“Clean room” modules ensure a controlled environment with specified parameters for temperature, humidity, and airflow velocity. A multi-stage air filtration and distribution system enables a high level of air purification that meets the requirements for sterile operating rooms, significantly reducing the risk of infectious complications and enhancing the safety of both patients and medical staff.

The surgical unit includes two operating rooms — endosurgical and cardiothoracic — as well as the necessary auxiliary facilities.

Doctors describe these operating rooms as a true oasis of surgical excellence. In just six months, the Elevate team created one of the most advanced pediatric surgical units in Siberia and the Far East.

The operating block is equipped with high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment that enables a wide range of minimally invasive procedures to be performed with maximum precision and safety.
