ELEVATE was founded in 2015 with the goal of implementing modern technological solutions in the design of healthcare facilities. From the very beginning, we have been guided by a commitment to quality, innovation, and compliance with international standards.

By 2030, Irkutsk will be home to an innovative wing of the regional children’s clinical hospital
By 2030, plans are in place to construct a new seven-storey wing of the regional children’s clinical hospital in Irkutsk — one of the largest and most technologically advanced paediatric healthcare facilities in Siberia. The building will house a 436-bed inpatient ward, surgical and diagnostic units, an intensive care unit, and a consultation and diagnostic centre. The project for the new building has received a positive assessment from the state expert review and federal support.
The architectural concept and technology for the future hospital were developed by the company ‘Elevate’ in collaboration with sculptor Dasha Namdakov. The space will combine modern medical solutions, elements of Irkutsk Baroque, original sculptures and works by Irkutsk artists, whilst the adjacent park area will be open to the public. There are also plans to establish a research centre within the new building to conduct research, introduce advanced treatment methods and develop high-tech paediatric surgery.
