The “Predgorny” sanatorium complex consists of 9 buildings located along Svobody Highway and 3 separate buildings situated deeper within the settlement. The complex also includes two auxiliary buildings in Simeiz.
The sanatorium is designed for 24-hour accommodation and the provision of therapeutic and preventive services. The main focus is on climatotherapy and mud therapy in combination with physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and therapeutic nutrition. The total capacity of the complex is 200 beds, including 10 day-care beds.
