The proposed cluster is designed to provide comprehensive medical care and related services for citizens with cancer and those at risk of developing the disease. This medical care will be delivered through the transfer of specialised technologies developed in OECD countries and the implementation of international medical protocols for prevention, detection of disease predictors, treatment and comprehensive patient care.
